1. Will Downy Wrinkle Releaser cause fading or hurt my clothes?
A. Extensive testing has shown that Downy Wrinkle Release will not cause fading of your clothing.
2. Can you use Downy Wrinkle Releaser on "hand wash" clothes?
A. Downy Wrinkle Releaser is safe for "hand wash" and most "dry clean only garments" (excepting silk and rayon that may water spot). If there is any doubt about fabric safety, we recommend consumers to test Downy Wrinkle Releaser by applying it to a hidden area of fabric.
3. Can you use Downy Wrinkle Releaser on "Dry Clean Only" fabrics?
A. Downy Winkle Releaser has been thoroughly tested and is safe for all washable fabrics. Since some dry clean only fabrics water spot (such as silk and rayon), we recommend you test a hidden area of the garment first before spraying the entire garment.
4. What should I do if I experience spotting with Downy Wrinkle Releaser
A. If spotting is experienced, treat the item as you normally would (i.e. laundering or dry cleaning as appropriate) and spots will be removed. It may take more than one laundering for the spots to be completely removed.
5. Is Downy Wrinkle Releaser safe on my skin?
A. Clinical testing at expected and exaggerated use concentrations has shown that Downy Wrinkle Releaser is mild to the skin.
6. What should I do in case of eye contact?
A. In case of eye contact, consumers should flush the eye with water.
7. What if my child accidentally ingests Downy Wrinkle Releaser
A. Downy Wrinkle Releaser is designed to be safe for its intended use and foreseeable misuse (including accidental ingestion). Ingestion of the product may cause vomiting within an hour and mild diarrhea within the next 24-48 hours, depending on the individual's digestion rate. We suggest the individual drink a glass of water to aid in the moving of the product faster through the system.
8. Is Downy Wrinkle Releaser safe on my walls and floors?
A. Downy Wrinkle Releaser is safe for all typical surfaces that could be encountered in the consumers home (e.g. paint, wood, tile). If consumers have a concern about the products contact with floors/tables etc., a towel can be laid underneath the area where the product is sprayed. If any product is left on a surface from spraying the garments, it will easily wash away with a moist cloth.
9. Can I pour Downy Wrinkle Releaser into my iron?
A. We do not recommend consumers to pour Downy Wrinkle Releaser directly into the iron. Downy Wrinkle Releaser can be conveniently used with the iron by spraying on fabrics directly before ironing.
10. How long will it take my clothes to dry after I apply Downy Wrinkle Releaser?
A. The drying time will depend on the type of fabric (type of material, thickness, level of wrinkles), since this will affect how much product is applied. Depending on the fabric type, drying time typically ranges from 10 minutes up to 30 minutes. For very heavily wrinkled garments, more product may be need to be applied and drying time may be longer than 30 minutes.
11. Can I add Downy Wrinkle Releaser to the rinse/wash cycle?
A. We do not recommend that Downy Wrinkle Releaser be added to the rinse cycle, as it is not formulated for this usage and will not deliver it's benefit under this usage.
12. Is Downy Wrinkle Releaser safe to use around my pets?
A. It is safe to use Downy Wrinkle Releaser around pets. We do not recommend for consumers to spray product directly on pets for any reason. Regarding birds, as consistent with the policy of the National Animal Poison Control Center (NAPCC), it is suggested that you remove birds from the room during product use until it has dried and the area has been ventilated. The advisory is routinely issued by the NAPCC because birds tend to be ore sensitive than cats and dogs to cleaning products.
13. Does Downy Wrinkle Releaser make my clothes feel stiff?
A. No, Downy Wrinkle Releaser will add body and leave a pleasant finish on fabrics, but it will not make them feel stiff.

1. What is the difference between Febreze Spray and Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator?
A. Febreze Spray is for fabrics that can't be machine washed, such as carpet, upholstered furniture, cloth car interiors, or items that are more difficult to fit in a washing machine. Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator is a laundry aid that works in the washer with detergent to eliminate odors from virtually any washable fabric.
2. How doe Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator work?
A. Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator is specially designed to capture malodors in the wash cycle. The captured odors are then washed away in the rinse cycle. The scent in Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator is specially designed not to interfere with the scent of your other laundry products.
3. Will Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator affect the scent of my laundry detergent or softener?
A. The scent of Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator should not affect the scent of your other laundry products. If you use an unscented detergent, Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator will leave a light perfume scent on your clothes which will fade in a matter of hours.
4. Will Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator help control static?
A. NO, Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator will not help to control static.
5. Will Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator interfere with the static control product I am currently using?
A. NO, Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator will not interfere with a fabric conditioner's ability to control static.
6. What should I do if after I use Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator and my hands have a sticky feeling?
A. Just wash your hands with water to remove any residue.
7. When should I use Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator?
A. Use Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator in any of your laundry loads with odor that can be hard to remove with detergent alone. These loads often include such items as work uniforms or clothes, sports or fitness clothing, cooking towels, or restaurant uniforms.
8. Can I use Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator with my other laundry products?
A. Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator is designed to be used with any of your other laundry products including detergents, fabric softeners, bleaches or pre-eaters. The patented formula won't affect the scent of any of those products. In fact, you may notice that the scent left by those other products is even better, since it is not hiding the odor anymore.
9. What water temperature should I use with Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator?
A. Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator will work under any water temperature setting. For best results, always follow the washing instructions listed on the detergent package and the garment.

1. Is Dreft Laundry Stain Remover safe on my skin?
A. Although Dreft Laundry Stain Remover should not be directly applied to an infant's skin, when used as directed on infant's clothing, your baby should have no problem. It is formulated form the same ingredients as a baby shampoo.
2. What is the possibility of an allergic reaction to the perfume in Dreft Laundry Stain Remover?
A. Dreft Laundry Stain Remover should not cause an allergic reaction. Dreft contains a small amount of perfume that has generally been recognized as a safe ingredient.
3. Is Dreft Laundry Stain remover safe on flame retardant clothing?
A. Dreft Laundry Stain Remover is safe for flame retardant fabrics.

1. Is Pampers Clean 'n Play a disinfectant?
A. No. It is not a registered disinfectant. The FDA does not allow a product to be classified as both child safe and a disinfectant.
2. Can you use Pampers Clean 'n Play on wood?
A. It is not recommended for use on any wood surface.
3. Is Pampers Clean 'n Play Wipes safe to use on skin?
A. These Wipes are NOT designed as a personal care baby wipe and should not be used on your babies skin.
4. What is the shelf life of Pampers Clean 'n Play?
A. There is no expiration date on this product.
5. How do you get the Trigger to work?
A. Pull the trigger back all the way and remove the tamper resistant seal on the front of the trigger. Then pump the trigger 3 times to start.
6. How do you get the Trigger off the bottle for refilling?
A. With the back panel facing you, twist the trigger counterclockwise towards you, while pulling gently upward on the trigger.
7. How do you get the Trigger back on the bottle after refilling?
A. 1. While looking at the back label, place the trigger tube into the neck of the bottle and place the trigger loosely on top of the bottle. 2. While pressing down gently, rotate the trigger clockwise away from you. 3. The trigger should drop into the top of the bottle. Continue rotating clockwise until the trigger snaps into place.
8. Can Pampers Clean 'n Play IRRITATE SKIN and EYES?
A. Pampers Clean 'n Play will not irritate eyes and is mild on your skin.
9. Do I need to rinse after cleaning with Pampers Clean 'n Play?
A. There is no need to rinse after cleaning Clean 'n Play. Simply clean and wipe the surface and let it dry.
10. Does Pampers Clean 'n Play participate in PAMPERS PERKS?
A. Currently Pampers Clean 'n Play in not part of this program.

1. What if Roto-Rooter Clog Remover fail to perform?
A. Check to make sure that you used the Drain Clog Remover and not the Septic System. If the 32 oz. Drain Clog Remover was used and you used 1/2 of the bottle, redo the procedure with the remaining 1/2 bottle as instructed on the label and wait 1/2 hour to see if the drain is cleared. If 64 oz bottle, use the whole bottle as instructed and wait 1/2 hour to see if the drain is cleared. Please note that chemical drain openers may not be effective on chronic problems or clogs way down the plumbing. These may require special assistance.
2. Can I use Roto-Rooter Clog Remover in my toilet?
A. Roto-Rooter Clog Remover is NOT recommended for use in the toilet.
3. Can I pour Roto-Rooter Clog Remover into standing water?
A. Roto-Rooter Clog Remover is formulated to pour through standing water.
4. Will Roto-Rooter Clog Remover harm my plumbing?
A. Roto-Rooter Clog Remove is formulated to be safe for all plumbing.
